You Are Not Behind , You Are Becoming

Sis, let’s talk.

Some days, it feels like the clock is racing, doesn’t it? Like everyone else is crossing finish lines and you’re still at the starting block waiting, hoping, praying. The career, the husband, the healing, the peace, the purpose… all of it seems just out of reach.

But here’s the truth: you are not behind. You are becoming.

God is not in a rush, and He’s not late. Psalm 138:8 says, “The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.” That means everything that concerns your heart, He’s already working on it. Just because it hasn’t shown up yet doesn’t mean it’s not on the way.

Think about Esther. She wasn’t just placed in a palace, she was prepared for it. Ruth wasn’t just blessed with a husband, she was faithful in the fields long before Boaz ever noticed her. And Mary? She was chosen to carry the Savior into the world because she trusted God when it didn’t make sense.

You, too, are in the middle of a becoming.

Here’s what I want you to remember:

1. Delays don’t mean denial.

2. Hidden seasons are holy seasons.

3. God’s timing is INTENTIONAL , not accidental.

So today, let go of the comparison trap. Put down the shame of “not enough.” Stop measuring your journey by someone else’s Instagram reel. God’s plan for you is personal, and it is powerful.

Walk forward with your head held high, knowing He is not done with you. And what’s ahead is worth every moment of waiting.
