Alongside her husband, Bishop Tyree Beard, she co-leads The Movement Chicago where her powerful prophetic gifting and wisdom set her apart as a leader of strength and grace. Pastor Jennifer is known for bringing the Word of God in a way that is fresh, modern, and practical-encouraging women to apply it in their daily lives.

 

"If you had told me ten years ago that I'd be leading movements and empowering women globally, I wouldn't have believed it," Pastor Jennifer reflects. 

 

From launching "15 Minutes with the Father," a powerful prayer ministry, to establishing CoverG.I.R.L. Women's Ministry, her heart for seeing women live out their God-given purpose has been at the center of everything she does. In 2017, she founded The Goal Digger Movement, a thriving community of fearless women entrepreneurs who support and uplift each other while building their dreams.

 

Pastor Jennifer also mentors young adult women through the "Queens Court" mentorship program, a safe space where all topics are on the table. Whether it’s navigating emotions, exploring business opportunities, discussing intimacy, or discovering one’s purpose, Pastor Jennifer provides guidance and support, helping young women step confidently into their next season.
